Our Procedure

Submit your work order form via our interactive website.

Upon receipt of your work order, FFR will contact your customer and set an appointment date by the end of that business day.

Our goal is to service your customer within 7 business days.

Scheduling – If unable to contact a customer after 3 attempts (in 3 days) FFR will contact dealer for reactivation of the repair.

Missed appointments – If customer misses two scheduled appointments, FFR will return the service order to the dealer.
